Because of their stupid advert at the moment?!

Families having fun, enjoying summer, bbqs, drinks, sunshine etc.... to the sweet sounds of Andy Williams' "It's the most wonderful time of the year"?!???

I'm sorry.. But that is a Christmas song and ONLY a Christmas song.

I assume they are trying to be ironic... Trying to say that, actually, summer is the most wonderful time of the year.

But it annoys me.. So much

I love Christmas.. I'm counting down the days.. And all this advertisement does is make me think of Christmas!!!

Oh I'm glad it's not just me! I almost had an apoplexy when I heard this today - thought it was some kind of record for earliest Christmas ad!
Anyway - it's shite and they need told!

The job has been done, people are talking about it. The advertising team has done the job.

At first I was like "OOOHHHH a Christmas ad already!"

Then I thought "Woaaahhh it's really too early for that.. How stupid"

Then I looked at the screen and saw it was for a SUMMER campaign and I wanted to destroy my tv.

The advertising team are cunts!

When we were in Canada one summer, a local radio station ran an advert for back to school stuff with that song on it! Always made me laugh!

Irks me greatly as well.

Though I can appreciate the Canadian going back to school ad campaign.

The ad team must be patting themselves on the back for a job well done, but I'm just thinking they've cunted up a fantastic song by using it at the wrong time.

It pisses me off because when I look out the window it is NOT summer here. Fuck off with your barbeques and outdoor living. I need warm soup and a bloody big bonfire to keep me warm outside.

Christmas is the best time of year and just hearing a Christmas song gets me all excited.

I love Christmas songs too - at CHRISTMAS!!! Hearing them any other time just makes me feel all Christmassy and then there's a huge comedown when I realise it's fucking July.

It's like when ITV2 show Home Alone in May - fuck.off.

The tv ad for the Canadian company (staples), is brilliant.

YANBU but whilst you're there, tell them the song they actually use at Christmas is a pile of fucking toss as well. 'WE MEEEEEEEHHET IN THE WIII-IIIINTERRRRR....' Fucking dreadful. Put me off buying anything Christmassy from them.

It has caused the 4yo to sing Christmas songs all day! Which, as much as I bloody love Christmas, is annoyingto both myself and other passengers on the train, apologies to those who may have been nearby :o
