On Friday night I ordered a takeaway. From said takeaway I got some lovely food (Italian btw and not pizza) I also bought wine.

Said wine is Chianti costing £14.99, I purchased said wine thinking I was getting a (for my novice, naive taste buds) nice wine.

Drinking said wine tonight after a shitty day at work, I look at the label on the back of the bottle its a £6 bottle from Tesco!

I am not amused. If they are selling Tesco wine, then surely they should advertise said Tesco wine.

AIBU to be slightly annoyed at the fact I have paid double for a bottle of wine (I know you pay over the odds in takeaways/restaurants)

Hmm and a little Angry

You're paying for the convenience though. This is how these places make their money.

i agree.. you should have known that they would hack thier prices up. 1- because its a take away and 2 because i suppose they have to cover thier licenace to sell liquir..

No, that seems like a pretty standard mark up for a restaurant. If you want to pay 6 pounds, then go to Tesco yourself.
