I am really annoyed that 11 out of 53 items from my tesco online shop are missing.

I don't want a refund I want the products delivered because it is not an availability issue it's obvious items delivered to the wrong house - mainly annoyed cos missing 2 bottles of vino .
I am now waiting for driver to call me back?!

So there's nothing on your paperwork saying xyz was not delivered, it's just not there?

That happened to me, they left 2 bags of shopping on the van and we had to wait until the driver finished his deliveries, took the stuff back to tesco and they delivered it the next morning.

No return call so will tweet them, yes items not reported as missing.
