ds went on a school trip yesterday.
Apparently one of his friends had a horrible packed lunch 'cos his mum gave him an egg inside a coconut.
After much quizzing ( and admiration of getting an egg inside a whole coconut) transpires it was a scotch egg.
Just thought I'd share as it was cute.

No, it's not branston, I am all for unusual names but that is too unique for me.
DD went through a phase of always asking for cheese and pickle sandwiches. DS started saying "DD sandwich" when he wanted cheese and pickle, and it stuck.
One day he asked for a "DD sandwich" so I stood DD on a plate and put a slice of bread on her head. I was then informed it was not what he wanted.

That banana video made me feel a bit queasy and I felt sorry for the banana.

DD does have an unusual name, just not Branston. Though given her love of pickle maybe I should change it by deed poll...
