Aibu to be pissed off with mil getting all gushy over poor dh following his vasectomy. Yet i didn't feel i got an ounce of sympathy following my 3 csections.
Sorry trivial i know but really.

Haha. I remember when ILs came to visit after my section. They watched me struggle up a couple of times to make cups of tea (god knows why I did, I wasn't quite myself). Then DH went to get up to fetch more drinks and MIL leapt up saying "I'll get them! You sit down - you look tired."

YANBU-my inlaws watched me run myself ragged on the day I came out of hospital after C-section. They sat on their arsed while I served tea etcAngry

My mil never fails to make little digs about how hard dh works to provide for us all.

I am trying to persuade my dh to go for a vasectomy but he is too much of a wussHmm

Don't even go there. My FIL said something so atrocious & stupid relating to our gorgeous perfect baby boy, two days after I got out if hospital (two day labour, EMCS - yep his timing was impeccable) that me & DH have still not been able to forgive him six months later & things are pretty frosty.
Even worse the stupid thing he said, was apparently my MILs "first thought"

He feels bad - & so he should. Grrrrrrr. She appears oblivious. Grr grrrrrr!
