To be feeling grim

I posting here for traffic and ideas really.
I'm pregnant for the 4th time in 5 years and am feeling horrid. I'm happy to be pregnant and very much looking forward to a new baby but by body just feels horrible. I inflate like a balloon as soon as I get a positive test and so feel flabby, and the hormones have sent me spotty too. I'm covered in stretch marks and and bumpy skin and just feel grim.
I never have any time and even if I did I'm rubbish at beauty routines and so on.
Has anyone got any advice on easy products to perk me up or any other ideas (that don't cost much).
Thanks in advance.

Not having been pregnant for over a quarter of a century I suspect any advice I may have to give would be years out of date, but I just wanted to say that if you are happy to be pregnant:

SQWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

and gazillions of congratulations

Well, I'm another one who hasn't been pregnant for over 30 years :) but huge congratulations from me too. :) I have two DC and I wish I had had more.
