to be really annoyed with the driver of a van?

Its not really a question I know I am not, but this van is parked outside my front window, and it is bright fucking orange, so bright that it is glowing in the corner of my vision. AIBU to think if you going to drive a vehicle like that you should park in the middle of the woods.

Could you not perhaps paint it green while they are away?

I heard this is the thing to do to other people's stuff, when you don't like the colour.

I have blue paint, then it would match y gardedn bench, the owner will thank me wont they, it really is an eyesore.
