So I don't watch the show but comments on FB got me intrigued enough to google and then watch the clip.

I'm sure she thinks her prank was hilarious and that Simon Cowell deserved it, but regardless she took the limelight and attention off the people performing their act - which was potentially one of the biggest and most important moments of their life.

For what? ... Nothing.

Aibu to think she is just a selfish and immature woman?

But I don't recall people calling him immature and unprofessional.

Nina Simone, Bob Dylan, John Lennon, Frank Sinatra, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Barbara Streisand, Madonna (sheer determination) are all known to be very difficult to work with not just because of their fame before their fame their talent, their need for perfection and desire to want things done their own way and not want a producer or business person telling them how it should be done

She is selfish, immature, pathetic, and basically a total twat.
Can't believe she is 30 years old. The way she behaved and looked made me think she was a teenager.

Ha! So i watch the whole show bar one act i fast forearded and this happens. That'll teach me.

MrsHoolie · 09/06/2013 14:43

I doubt it will affect her career.

Someone posted that it was a protest against other performers who were accompanying other acts who weren't getting paid. This sounds like rubbish. I don't know anyone who would work for free on a tv show, there are rules and rates set by the Musicians Union and if people work for free they are idiots. (I'm a musician btw).

Natalie Holt has fingers in many pies and from what I can gather from my Facebook lots of her colleagues thought it was funny.

My guess is that she is not interested so much about her music playing as about being "noticed".

Or that she was intersted in her music playing, but is not going as far as she would like.

There is an article about it all in the DM.

In it, she is pictured as making a lot of pictures with different poses in them.

I think the thing she is most interested in is attention.

Was it a set up? May have been, but doubt it.

Wouldnt be at all surprised though if both of them appear on This Morning, sometime this week.
Then they will both win???

BalloonSlayer · 09/06/2013 15:09

On one of the links on the other thread it said she did it to protest about "singers miming on TV."

< disingenuous voice > And now everyone is saying how simply maaaaarvellous those boys were to not stop singing when she was hurling eggs?

She's protesting against a Simon Cowell and yet entered BGT?

Confused

Odd woman.
