To not understand Keith Lemon's popularity?

Really I just don't get it, find the whole act repulsive, can't watch anything related even in an ironic post modernist poke at reality tv nonsense sort of fashion. Same goes for David Walliams actually. They both just give me the creeps. Anyone else or do I need a new sense of humour?

I don't get it either...but then I couldn't stand Bo Selecta either and could never get why everyone used to rave about it so much.

No I don't get Keith Lemon, he's just not funny to me. I like more of a Noel Fielding style of comedy though, Keith Lemon isn't really my taste.

Me neither, the character repulsed me and the fact that a lot of mouth breathers think he's a real person I'd depressing.

It's puerile nonsense, he says the rudest and most shocking things he can think of, which is, frankly, boring. I've never liked David Walliams either.

I don't get Keith Lemon at all, nor did I get Bo Selecta or Avid Merrion or any other of his frankly creepy alter egos.

Was also never a fan of Ali G/Borat/Bruno etc. I just find 'character' comics a bit odd.

Walliams is good though, I always like a good sketch show.

I like Keith Lemon, I find celebrity juice hilarious. But I can quite easily see why people don't like him, as he is sexist and very vulgar. Don't know what liking that says about me!

Me too - same goes for Mrs Brown's Boys. I did give it a try because everyone in the office was raving about it but nope, just don't get it.

I find him off-putting. Maybe he scares big name stars into cooperating with him because the opposite is even more frightening? And the big name stars attract the audience?

He must have major dirt on whomever commissions comedy at ITV. There is no other explanation.

There are so many comedians that I don?t find even remotely funny, but I can appreciate that they appeal to a different sense of humour.

With Keith Lemon though I cannot see one, single thing in his act that anyone with half a brain would find funny. It?s painful to watch and almost makes me angry.

I?d even find Jim Davidson funnier and he?s a racist, violent, dodgy, dodgy, dodgy, colossally unfunny prick.

(I don't mind David Walliams though, he looks a bit creepy, but he makes me giggle)
