I agree. I'm a nurse, I have qualifications coming out of my ears and it didn't make a blind bit of difference on the wards. When 3 buzzers were ringing, poor wee Mrs Whodoyoucallher was falling out of bed and some other confused soul was making a dash for the door you need enough well trained bodies about the place to make them safe.
