I live in a street of terraced houses with the usual terrible parking associated with it. Not a big deal, as you can usually get in somewhere up the road and I can carry shopping to the house in several trips if I can't park close by.
Neighbours of mine across the stree have some off road parking, and 4 cars, yet they get very worked up if they can't park outside their house. I've just noticed that one of their cars has an out of date tax disc, not talking a month out of date either, more like 10 months. What would you do??
