Sit leaning forward over your lap

Cold pack on it

Pinch firmly on the soft part just below the bony part and do it for 10 minutes without letting go to see if it has stopped

What's the question? Are nose bleeds and pregnancy related then?

If still bleeding, repeat once more. If still bleeding after that, you need checking out at minor injuries/urgent care type thing.

Then, no picking or nose blowing. Blood may trickle into your mouth, just spit it out.

The most important bit is 10 minutes without peeking - leave it alone.

If you think your blood pressure may be elevated, then call your midwife or the labour ward.

mentioning preg as no idea if its related. No idea if bp high no means to test that. Got down on floor to change dd don't know if it was that, but this has never happened before.

I had loads of nose bleeds when pregnant. They would start really suddenly. Usually stopped within 5 minutes.

I think it has stopped. Thanks for the advice.
