to feel a bit put out that the man in the shop with such bad hygiene standards that a queue can't stand behind him without dry heaving and holding their breath...

Used to be a man with terrible BO that ran threshers in my town. Had to hold your breath everytime you wanted a bottle of plonk!

What car was it? If it was something like a limited edition Ferrari then I'd understand. If it was a run of the mill Porsche carrera that everyone seems to be driving these days then I won't. I wouldn't begrudge a stinky man of something like that.

he should have the shitty fiat punto x reg. not me, with my beautifully clean hair, and my freshly showered skin. i'm only using radox, it's not like if i stopped spending money on expensive toiletries i could have the nice car.

If he's that stinky he won't have a partner to spend his cash on, hence the car is his only friend.

I wouldn't dwell on it. Someone a few weeks ago decided that they were more entitled to a nice car than we were, then took steps to redress the balance Angry

Said person decided that we were so undeserving of said nice car that they broke into our house, palmed the keys (and a couple of laptops, a wallet and DD's buggy) and drove off with it into the moonset, never to be seen again. Cost us a cool £1k in insurance premiums, lock changes and replacing stuff that was under-insured.

Careful what you wish for OP, had my car booked in for something, organised the courtesy car from the garage.

Bloody hell that thing stank. I sprayed the bugger till sopping with Febreze, and STILL it didn't budge the vomtastic, eye watering, windows ALL rolled down stench!

Never used that otherwise fab garage again.

Noticed it was up for sale last week... Saxo, £775 ovno...

Form an orderly queue!
