To want some answers about Peppa Pig and her universe?

For instance:
A) Are George and Richard Rabbit G&T? They've just set up Dinosaur World in George and Peppa's bedroom, with an upturned laundry basket as a volcano, a forest of toy trees and a river made of blue building blocks. They're not like any 18 month old I've ever seen!

B) Do you have no choice but to marry the only available instance of the other gender of your species in existence? How did Mrs Rabbit and Miss Rabbit decide who got to marry Mr Rabbit?

C) Why did Daddy and Mummy Pig call George George when it so definitely doesn't start with P? Did she not get shot down on a Baby Names thread for that one?

Mummy Pig is voiced by Morwenna Banks, shes been in loads, even Red Dwarf once.

chessiefl Peppa was on my list of girls names when pg with DS2. Was going to spell it Pepper though so as not to be confused with the pig :)
I think it's a gorgeous name.

Maybe Peppa, was originally called Pippa, someone just made a typo and they kept it.

I am very committed to Peppa Pig. So much so that I'm making 11 characters out of Sugarpaste tonight for DD's birthday cake... Now that's commitment!

I want their doctor. When Peppa was ill they rang him up and not only did the doctor answer the phone but he came round to see her straight away. If that isn't giving young children unrealistic expecations about the real world I don't know what is.

I know a 5yr old called Pepper (no idea if the idea came from Peppa Pig or 'Annie')

How does Daddy Pig drive with no opposable thumbs? How does Mrs Rabbit drive the school bus - let alone the helicopter! No animal-hybrid child of mine would attend a school with such a blatant disregard to health and safety.

I never realised Peppa Pig had such dark undertones.I will have to watch more closely.
Also teh day Ms Rabbit was sick they needed about 6 people to do her jobs all at teh same time.Obviously she was one of the first animals to be cloned.
And Daddy Pig even my kids who are 5 and 3 cant understand how he has a job and hes really stupid

Lippy, yes, I will post a pic once they're done unless they're crap . It took me nearly a day to colour the sugarpaste to exactly the right shades for the characters!!

Hold on a minute can someone just clear this up for me. I thought mummy rabbit was Rebecca and Richards mum, married to daddy rabbit and miss Rabbit was aunty, who then helped deliver mummy rabbits twins Rosie and robbie. So how come in that web chat does it say Miss Rabbit has two children. I thought she didn't have any?

My only observation is that my ds was elated when we told him he was going to the dentist for the first time.

Only for him to walk in the surgery and say as loud as you like "oh, he's not an Elephant"

We had to explain it to the dentist who found it funny too.

Is Mrs/Miss Rabbit (the one with all the jobs) really Jo Brand?
