The neighbours are such massive stoners that it stinks my house out (I have let the police know on 101 in case they are growing) and it is particularly strong in my bedroom. My built in wardrobe (orginal with the house so up against the wall) is meaning that my clothes are smelly too.

Any top tips to hide the smell? I have those hanging wardrobe envelopes and they don't help.

Practically - how about some clothes bags - suit carrier things to store your clothes in whilst they are hung in the wardrobe? Fabreeze?

First of all, I would recommend soda crystals in the washing powder drawer to get the smell out in the first place. Can you track the air currents, and block up any gaps in the wall?

Would you be able to ask the landlord/landlady install an extractor fan? even if you have to pay, it would still probably be cheaper than moving.

There is a very long joke about a boy who used to love tractors and then he didn't but he was able to clear a smoky room because he was an ex tractor fan.

An extractor fan might work, but it could make the problem worse. If the small is getting in through the wall or flooring or the loft, sucking air out of the room will only encourage more smoke in.
You need to tackle the problem at source, using the PCSO or council as suggested above. You could say that it's a health issue for your DC.
