To be pissed off at the minuscule amount of crisps in a bag?

Am not a big crisp eater, but just recently we have been buying those Walkers Baked crisps as I assume they are healthier

Anyway, stole 3 large crisps out of dh's bag. This left about 1/4 bag of crisps. I was so appalled I had to get my own bag to check....

I reckon there is about 22 crisps in a bag, and it is about 1/3 to 1/4 full. Are we being ripped off here? Other bags seem to be about 3/4 full

Walkers are the worst for it! There's like 2 crisps per bag. WTF.

The theory is that with crisps and cereal both of which give you half a bag at most the air is there to stop them getting crushed in transit. I think it's bullshit but it sounds good.

Oh I know all about that. Ex dp used to work for Kellogs. They need about 1/4 to 1/5 of a bag/box to allow for movement. So 1/4 bag of crispis just a load of crap

But tis only Walkers. Have just investigated a bag of quavers ( in the name of research of course, you understand). Nearly full to the top.

I was just making up DS packed lunch - and he always gets a pack of crisps.
He was lucky and had Walkers this week - but the. packet was virtually flat. I got out a couple more packs to compare and theywere the same.

Do you all get Golden Wonder where you live they have bigger better bags but walkers do taste better

at you getting a full bag of quavers.
