I know everything is changing and I'm really worried about what will happen to my benefits? I know there are probably things on line to help but I can never get my head around it.
I'm a single Mum and live in a coucil property. Every penny counts atm and I don't work.
Please can anybody help?

Helipilot

Do you mean to sound so santimonious?

Where are these magical jobs? They are a bit like the money tree at the minute.

I know that the money has to come from somewhere. But that doesnt give you the right to go around lording your paid taxes over everyone on benefits.

wannabeadomesticgoddess, Jobs are everywhere if people go out and look stop being fussy take the job /jobs that are there at least they can have some pride and support themselves with dignity.

Someone needs to say it why is it ok for some to work hard while others just sit back and take take take.

catsmother · 17/04/2013 19:02

Clementine - if you need any more advice, or support, or just somewhere to express your worries, please don't let ignorant, arrogant twats scare you away. It's not always as simple as "get a job" as each individual's situation is different - notwithstanding the fact that so far as I'm aware there are nowhere near enough jobs for all those that need them ATM.

The spiteful attacks I read on here towards people asking for help are shameful. Let's hope they never need any advice, or a friendly ear. And people like the OP shouldn't have to feel they must justify themselves. People find themselves in desperate situations for all sorts of reasons and any one of us could be there in the blink of an eye when things go wrong.

PeppaFuckingPig · 17/04/2013 19:06

helipilot - are you chanelling the ghost of Margaret Thatcher?

The OP is here asking for support. As you're unable to say anything constructive i suggest that you fuck off and perhaps start your own AIBU thread about 'lazy spongers'.

LooseyMy · 17/04/2013 19:07

Bloody hell zukie you could've come off benefits ages ago with kids that old!

Chanatan · 17/04/2013 19:09

heliPilot, the op you called a sponger is on ESA a benefit for those deemed to ill to work,a little bit of empathy might be better or are you always so nasty.

Can I just add a resounding FUCK OFF to the twats at this point. I am not in the mood for idiots and I don't care if I'm deleted as long as they've read it.

Op I think the pp who said all that will change is a council tax contribution is right but use an online calculator to double check. Good luck.

ClementineKelandra · 17/04/2013 19:13

Tbh Helipiolet you posts are actually really funny. Did nobody ever tell you not to believe everything you read in the daily mail. What a bitter, spiteful and probably very lonely troll individual you are.

ChestyNut · 17/04/2013 19:15

PeppaFuckingPig · 17/04/2013 19:19

Are helipilot and ohshutup one and the same?
Or has this thread just been really unlucky in attracting two ignorant twats?

LineRunner · 17/04/2013 19:19

helipilot and ohshutup are presumably trawling tonight.

ObiWankenYoni · 17/04/2013 19:21

My mistake thought it was ok to have an opinion obviously not unless it fits with your view
