Judge said since she has 9 points already for speeding that she should be treated as a 'normal person' when being sentenced for driving whilst using a mobile.

Excuse me - am I missing something, does she come from Mars?

AIBU that the Judge shouldn't have needed to say this and that it should be taken as given that she would be treated the same as any other human being charged.

Yanbu but celebs do tend to get off with no sentence or vv light fine or some such compared to 'normal' people.

In France having even a fake gun is a serious offence - anyone heard what happened to that incident with pippa Middleton? Nothing, probably because they payed out.

YouTheCat · 16/04/2013 11:41

Is she that silly cow out of Girls Aloud?

Of course she should be treated like any other person. She's only a very bad singer.

Its quite possibe that she used her 'fame' to try and argue that she has to drive for work purposes and he is just reminding her she is a mere mortal.
