For my 17 year old nephew(in law) to have fun in Manchester tonight with his friends?

Depends what kind of fun, really.

out and about dancing and having fun - yes

underage drinking or making a pest of himself - no

Who thinks it's not ok and why?

Huh?

Shakey1500 · 12/04/2013 22:19

Yes, it's absolutely fine. Confused

MsBella · 12/04/2013 22:22

Yanbu

ladymalfoy · 12/04/2013 22:23

He's quite mature but he does like to dance and stuff. I think he'll be ok as he only lives in Wilmslow and has gone 'into town' before.

I'm remarkably pissed off at this revelation.

I worry because he's a smashing lad and I want him to be ok.

MsBella · 12/04/2013 22:38

He will be fine don't worry! He's only a year off 18

ladymalfoy · 12/04/2013 22:43

Thanks missb. He's only 8 months off his 18th so I think he'll be fine. I just remember him when he was 10.

grovel · 12/04/2013 22:48

It's OK. Be forgiving if he makes a prat of himself. He's young.

I'm assuming he knows he the difference between silly and nasty? Generally the police do. Thank God.

HoHoHoNoYouDont · 12/04/2013 22:52

Ah, I remember my days drinking in Manchester City Centre. It's full of kids these days, average age 17 Grin
