Voltarol (diclofenac) is an NSAID, so use carries a risk of stomach ulcers, just as it would with ibruprofen etc. If you have gastric problems already, then be extra careful.

Thanks for advice. I also have the tummy calming tablets which my GP said were always a good idea although I don't have a bad tummy.
