YANBU Grin
I'm in bed with tea and biscuits getting nervous about my interview later, but at least I'm warm and cosy!

good luck with your interview Smile. ds is a right misery today I'm supposed to be using his pocket money he's saved for a car track today but I'm on the verge of saying I'm not going to get it for him.

Am still in bed. Thank God no small children to get up for

Can't see much point in getting up, so might not bother at all

YANBU. I've got a vile cold too and am recovering from a vile bout of food poisoning. I've been up since 5.45 and would like nothing more than to crawl back into bed but 7 month old DS is wide awake and cheerful.

There's snow and wind outside. DP did the school run this morning but I have to do it this evening and I don't want to. Well obviously I want dd back but I wish school would home deliver

I've had that cough that lasts for months. Thought I was getting on top of it then DD2 (2) has decided now is a good time to teeth those last molars and I had 4 hours sleep. Cough and sore throat are back.

DD2 has gone for her nap, DD1 is in nursery and DH is being a prat (unsympathetic to me while he's probably incubating this cold and will want sympathy next week your reap what you sow love! )

Should I nap even though there's tons that needs tobe done to the house/ car today?

bubblesinthesky · 25/03/2013 12:48

I would love a lemsip but still breastfeeding and apparantly decongestant dries up breastmilk as well as snot. Will have to settle for a paracetamol

what si a sardine cake? sounds ghastly

Cookethenook · 25/03/2013 12:49

I did on saturday!

Got up, had two breakfasts (don't judge me, i'm pregnant), tided the kitchen and then thought 'Nope, today just isn't working for me!' and buggered off back to bed for two hours. It was lovely!

Go for it, perhaps snuggle down with DS and put a movie on the laptop for him?

likesnowflakesinanocean · 25/03/2013 13:25

sounds like a plan. sardine cake is just that. sardine flour eggs garlic powder mushed and microwaved. cut into small treats. v good for training lol stinks though so good job I've got a cold can't smell itGrin
