Has always been a bit of a dick since she moved in, v messy garden, lots of bad relationships/dv and alot of noise. Last night she had yet another party, 3rd in a matter of weeks, felt like it was in my living room-i live above. it wasnt just music, people were in and out her front door all night long and people were shouting, clapping and whistling, it was like a rave in my front room. I have been up and down at night for previous 3 nights due to children with a bug, then last night meant i had no sleep whatsoever. Today was written off as i felt too tired and ill to do anything at all. I called the police at 4am and again at 5am when her drunk friends left in a car!! they said they would come round today to speak to her but they havent (live rural so not as if police round here are rushed off their feet).
she got home earlier and the music has started again, I feel aggrevated and feel like taking the matter into my own hands if she carries on all night again!!Angry

Who is her landlord? Start keeping a log. EVERY time she has a DV incident, ring the police. Report her to the LL.
