Trying to cancel an appointment with a nurse for 3:30. I have a banging headache, want to go to bed and not sit in a waiting room and then have to sit through a detailed medical history, answering questions, undergoing checks, etc for a nurse check at a new surgery.
I started calling at 2:40. Called, got hung up on automatically as the line was busy. I have been pressing redial since then and still haven't gotten through. They complain on their website that they get 40 Did Not Attends with no notice every month, but ffs I'm going to be one of them if you don't sort out your sodding phone system
