My car was in an accident on Sunday and undrivable. My car insurance includes a courtesy car, surely the whole point is that you have the car while yours is off the road? It?s now Wednesday and still no car. My car was collected on Monday morning. The insurance company (Admiral) keeps giving me different reasons and I have made numerous calls to them and the garage this week to no avail. Anyone else had similar problems? If anyone is looking at car insurance don?t be swayed by Admiral?s claim this is included!
