My DS loves it but I honestly can't believe the price of minifigures and sets! Why is a tiny mini figure £15 plus? I know they are collectable but still.. is there anywhere ,apart from Ebay, where I could get some a bit cheaper?

Eh ?? £15 for a minifigure ??? Since when ?!

I agree it is expensive tho, keep a look out for deals, I find the lego games very good value. Just bought a lego city bank robber one for £12 in asda, they also had the lego star wars one half price at £12.

Try typing 'lego sale' into amazon too, I got a huge set worth £60 for £15 recently by doing that.

£15 for a mini figure? Are you sure? I thought they were much cheaper than that, around the £2 mark?

I agree that new Lego is expensive though.

Eh? A box set of lego with say a car and 3 figures is about £15...are you looking for rare and specific stuff?

car boot sales, get there early!

Yes, it's a rip off for a bit of colored plastic glad I have girls hoping my two wont be interested in it. Too busy being fairies and princesses.

Smyths toy shop have alot of offers on Lego, you have to keep an eye on them though as they don't usually last too long. My MIL got a set costing £80 just before Christmas for £35! It's not just at Christmas although thats when the best deals are.
YANBU, the prices are crazy for some of the sets.

I find the Lego.com shop to be much cheaper than the equivalent sets on Amazon.
