if you order before 5pm and I order at 1.34pm then I should expect NEXT DAY DELIVERY not find out that 'ah I should have had a confirmation e-mail saying when to expect delivery' (got the order confirmation but not the delivery one) 'Ah we didn't process the order until after 5pm' so it will come tomorrow then? 'ah can't guarantee that you will have to wait for the e-mail then track it' sooo its not NEXT DAY DELIVERY then is it... bastards. I took a day off and everything

I would expect the order to be fulfilled within the 24 hours following placing the order - and if that includes delivery then yes, I would expect next working day delivery too.

no but wish there was I've had a call from someone a teeny bit more helpful who is seeing if it can be delivered to a store for tomorrow instead so I can pick it up.

That's still terrible though. Why should you have to go and pick it up when it's their fault? I would still put your complaint in writing.

its not going to happen. The first person I talked to clearly lied when she said it was despatched to the warehouse as the second one has just rung me again and said the issue is not with them, its with the phone network (its a new mobile on order) who are delayed with the credit checks at the moment as their system has problems if I want it with another network she can despatch today if I stick with my original order it could take longer someone will ring me tomorrow to tell me when to expect it. I will certainly be writing to them.
