To be tearing my hair out as the boys aren't in bed yet.

Bedtime is DHs job. I say to DS1 he can't have any more Peppa Pig as it's bedtime, but then DH always then gaffs around for ages before actually taking them up. AIBU to think if you tell a child it's bedtime that it should mean it's bedtime right now.

No but they will always drag it out, my dd14 is still a pain on a school night!

If it's his job then surely it's down to him to say no more Peppa?

Sounds like it's his job but you decide when it's done, and want to decide how it's done.

Either let it be his job and leave him to do it in the way that works for him, or do it yourself - then you can have it done the way you want it.

But he also says no more, it's bed time.
