YABU,

Why are you shocked? Plenty of people like it and it's after the watershed.

MissyMooandherBeaverofSteel · 24/02/2013 23:13

Why are you shocked? Its after 9. Yabu to watch it though, there are nonrwal storylines in them and the acting is crap.

thenightsky · 24/02/2013 23:13

I'm recording it. Love a scary film to do the ironing to.

ThatVikRinA22 · 24/02/2013 23:13

if its the very first one YABU.

for all the sequels YANBU on the grounds that they are just crap.

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 24/02/2013 23:16

Vicar No, the second one is way better than the first one! :o

Is number 5 the last one? If so then it's shit

EmpressMaud · 24/02/2013 23:25

What Sinister said.

aldiwhore · 24/02/2013 23:31

I'm not keen on the SAW films, I think they're rubbish, but I thought "what if Channel 5 showed Tokyo Gore Police, would I be shocked then?"

My answer is no. I'd be surprised if it was uncut, but not shocked. TV should cater for all tastes, so long as no one is hurt and it doesn't support criminal activity, anything goes.

YABU.

ScarletLady02 · 24/02/2013 23:34

YABU....it's on late, and I've seen far worse on film 4 (Ichi the Killer etc).

SAW is a bit shit anyway in my opinion....gore for the sake of it and no humour. I need a bit of a laugh with my gruesomeness (if that makes sense - I love trashy zombie gore)

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 24/02/2013 23:40

Now Tokyo Gore Police was a bloody weird movie.

Alliwantisaroomsomewhere · 24/02/2013 23:41

It is CRAP! Gory but just shit gore! So bad. But here I am watching to the bitter end.

Hmmmmm.... I was just a but surprised to see movies like this being aired.

I humbly accept that I am BU!

Yes. It is isn't it Schro Grin I'm still not sure whether I loved it for it's craziness or loathed it for the same reasons.

LaurieFairyCake · 25/02/2013 00:01

I hate horror films but I think the first one is far more of a psychological thriller, it's very clever really.

BegoniaBampot · 25/02/2013 00:12

Hate all this torture porn stuff or whatever they call it.

CardiffUniversityNetballTeam · 25/02/2013 00:15

DP is watching it now I am hiding have gone to bed because I am scared tired.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 25/02/2013 00:19

Oooh I love the SAW movies.
The people have to make a choice and there's a retribution for the actions and choices.
And everyone gets killed in different nasty ways.

I don't really get the shoot and slash for no reason films.
Or ones like Jeepers Creepers- don't go down that tunnel..... oh. Too late Hmm

I wanted to go on the Thorpe Park ride but the queue was 2+ hours.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 25/02/2013 00:21

SPOILER:

Can't remember which one but there was a man in an abbatoir pit. And all the pig carcasses being dropped on him. Drowned in decomposing pig guts.
Gross (specially as I'm a vegetarian)

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 25/02/2013 00:27

Aldi I am the same, DP got me to watch it when we first got together by telling me that I will love it because I loved Ichi the Killer. Confused

I did really like it but I couldn't help thinking that I had been slipped some acid or something as no movie could be that strange.

However I was wrong because after that he introduced me to the movie Uzumaki...

ComposHat · 25/02/2013 00:51

I am aware of the Saw films reputation and choose not to watch it.

I do worry about people less stable or less middle class than me watching it. Such as Builders or Geordies. That sort of person should stay well away.

AnyFucker · 25/02/2013 00:59

Oh dear, I am married to a Geordie Builder

That's me deaded then Shock

StrawberryTot · 25/02/2013 01:01

GregBishopsBottomBitch · 25/02/2013 01:03

Haha!!!

ComposHat · 25/02/2013 01:03

Any well put it this way, I wouldn't be buying any under-ripe bananas in your situation.

ComposHat · 25/02/2013 01:05

I'm shocked channel 5 have aired a film which doesn't include Jean Claude Van Dam or Steven Segal don't say I'm the only person who's noticed this?

That is unfair, they sometimes break up the nonstop diet of Van Dam/Segal films with documentaries about the Sex industry or the Nazis.
