OK Esther you win. Evev I don't go as far back as Kevin Turvey! God, do you remember when he had that quad bike accident? I read in an interview that he has difficulty remembering his lines and his timing's off now :( Still think he's hot though.

bellejar, me too. I started watching the young ones BECAUSE of him. dont find him so attractive any more but he was there among my teen crushes.

Nothing strange about it. I had a whopping crush on him when I was a teenager, after I saw him as Lord Flashheart in Blackadder Goes Forth. I even managed to carry a (flickering) torch all through the Bottom years.

Oh god yes I have fancied him for years. He was my first crush, before I even knew what crushes were. I was allowed to stay up and watch the young ones - I would have only been about 5.

I used to get strangely nervous about watching him as Alan B'stard as I had such a huge crush. And when he snogged Bob in Blackadder 2. God!

He's great.

I have always liked him too.

As someone else said - he has lovely teeth.

Has anyone else seen "Mr Jolly Lives Next Door" - it's a comic strip one and utterly fab.

There's a bit when Rik is drunkenly talking to Nicholas Parsons (yeah I know, you have to see it), and his face is all red and shiny and pissed and sleazy, and then he smiles . . . and I think "ooh gosh what lovely teeth."

Ooh I would too.... In fact Dh was in a a west end show with him in 1991 and reckons if he tweeted him, we might meet up. Shall I ask him to do it?(Note, DH is not famous now!)
Also, I would so do a Rowan Atkinson/Mayall threesome.

Anyone who doesnt like him should watch "DAncing Queen" one of his Rik Mayall Presents series.

The bit where he is in a DJ, presenting Helena BC with a meal under the stars........I defy anyone to not want to jump him there and then!

Maureen Lipman fancies him too!

He was a bit of a shit back in the day. He got his GF Lise Mayer PG at the same time as his bit on the side who is now his wife. LM had a miscarriage after he left her :(
