aibu to be fed up with clearing up other owners dog pooh that sits in my garden (and amazingly in dog pooh bags that thay hang from the bush) what annoys me is that about fifty yards away is one of those dog pooh bins (i would not mind if the bags were put in my wheely bin that is around two yards from the bush)

This is the second dog poo thread I've commented on in about 3 minutes! No, YANBU and I think it may be criminal offence for dog owners to do this.

I took my DCs to a playground last year, and dog poo bags must have been taken out of the special bin as their contents had been smeared over the play equipment Shock and Angry and the bags left lying around.

Nope that's vile, and I can't say dog poo bothers me that much. They shouldn't be on your property full stop.

Smeared over the play equipment is horrific but that won't be anything to do with the dog owners, that will be people being disgusting deliberately. If it got taken out of the bin then the dog owners had been responsible, it was other people behaving like twats.

Yanbu, that is vile

YANBU.

You have my sympathies.

My neighbour's dog poos in my front garden. I've spoken to them about it twice, its really awkward and I shouldn't have to keep going to them and asking them to clear it up. They did clear it up a couple of weeks ago - 26 piles of it that time - there is now about 10 separate piles so I am bracing myself to talk to them again.

Anyone got any ideas on things that might discourage it from going?

Uppermid · 07/02/2013 07:19

Someone on another thread mentioned about drawing a chalk circle round it then a line leading to their house. Did the trick for them!!

Floggingmolly · 07/02/2013 09:19

26 piles, spartak? Shock. It's time to put your foot down, that's ridiculous (and a health hazard). The dog shouldn't be out unaccompanied.

Nancy66 · 07/02/2013 09:27

it's not a dog that's doing it - it's a yellow bear.

I live in a little close of 3 houses, they let the dog out to have a run as their back garden is small. I need to say something again don't I?

They are otherwise a nice family. Put my bins out when Im away and keep an eye on things for me.
