Issuing ASBO's to almost 11 month olds who bite nipples whilst breast feeding.

Yeah but I can't see them exercising their right to remain silent

And as much as "Dada babba goo goo" can and will be used against them in a court of law, I can see them getting away with it once they turn on the big eyed charm.

That made me giggle, I almost forgot that my nipple feels like it may well be on the bedroom floor instead of still attached to my boob.

Ouch!

My DD would still have been below the threshold when she went through her bitey phase at 4 1/2 - 5 months. Now 8 1/2mo with 8 teeth, the bitey phase seems to have passed. Smile

its all a long time ago for me but i recall the sensation of a sleeping toddler's jaw clamping in spasm as she slept, and a full set of tiny chompers gnashing down on my poor nipple...

it happened quite often actually. but they survived!

YANBU

And a better woman than me :) I stopped bf at 9 months due to the biting

Your poor nips :(

He dosnt do it when he's sleepy or dream eating it's just when he's decided to be wide awake.

He's got 6 teeth and 4 are on the top and very sharp but is not especially interested in having a chat about it because he's far more interested in posting spoons through the bars of the stair gate
