Ready to be flamed but here goes. I've just moved onto a new build estate. We have a neighbour at the back of our house who's apartment sits over our garage. At the end of our garden is a parking space reserved for the family moving in next month. At the other side of our garden also underneath our neighbours garage is the new family's garage. So our neighbour at the back parks in this space at the end of our garden - nothing to do with us not our space. Although she does have two spaces of her own. One in front of her own garage and one other allocated parking space. She puts he bins in the nook in front of the new families garage - until recently now she has moved them up next to our garden fence in front of where she parks her car. Am I being precious in not wanting her smelly bins up against my back fence and garden?? Flame away and thanks advance.

I'm on a new build estate.... All shiny new bins here, how bad can they smell??

HollyBerryBush · 02/02/2013 16:35

If they are on her property, she can put them where she like.

nocake · 02/02/2013 16:37

Yes, you're being very precious. How about a reality check?

Tweasels · 02/02/2013 16:37

Ah, let it go. Not worth even thinking about.

mrsjay · 02/02/2013 16:39

of course you are being precious it is a wheelie bin chill out

LaurieFairyCake · 02/02/2013 16:40

Once they move in the bins will be gone ?

Unless the new family keeps there's there, which I assume they're allowed to do?

duffmiver · 02/02/2013 16:44

Ilove-not new bins I'm afraid we didn't get them on here unless we bought new ones. So old bins from moving.

Holly- not her property, a third parties who move in later this month.

And before anyone flames me for not putting this info in my op she also blocked my garage last month preventing me from getting Christmas pressies out. And she doesn't clean up the dog crap from the communal Greenland.

Laurie - the new family will have a garden and a front so will probably keep them there rather than walking down to their garage with their waste??

Ok, but her bins being there will probably annoy then when they move in as they will be on their property.

Possibly not worth bad neighbour relations if they are going to be moved in a month - but your call, you could always put a note through her door Smile

DoJo · 02/02/2013 16:59

Can you smell them from your house? Or is it just knowing they're there which is annoying you?

duffmiver · 02/02/2013 17:06

I suppose it's her whole piss take attitude really, not just the bins to be honest.
