I was outside today when I saw a neighbours two dogs out on the green,unsupervised. About 10 minutes later the owner comes and calls them and disappears back inside. The dogs go but one stops to do a shit and then keeps going in.
As my mindee was napping I asked eldest DC to knock and tell them that one of her dogs pooed on the green area. DC came back looking for a bag and when I asked why she said the neighbour told her you'll pick it up for me,won't you,good girl.
I said no,they are her dogs. DH came home a few minutes later (I wasn't expecting him home early) so I nipped across and told her she had no right telling my child to clean up after her dogs.
The turd is still there, I know I went out and checked. WIBU to report her?
