I have Stephen Fry, Eddie Izzard and Chris Evans on my guest list. But I really want Gary Barlow to come too, so I've decided that Stephen has to go. AIBU? Confused

Why can't he come as well?

Catchingmockingbirds · 01/02/2013 13:23

You'd take Stephen fry off your list in place of Gary Barlow, yet you'll keep Chris Evans? I think we all know here, yabu!

manicbmc · 01/02/2013 13:23

Which Chris Evans? The one who never shuts up and is a mediocre dj or Captain America?

valiumredhead · 01/02/2013 13:23

Chris would be top of me list!

valiumredhead · 01/02/2013 13:23

my

WorraLiberty · 01/02/2013 13:24

What is it, the ugly bug's ball?

sittinginthesun · 01/02/2013 13:24

Stephen can come to mine instead.

valiumredhead · 01/02/2013 13:26

worra Shock

I would so do all of them did I say THAT outloud?

chicaguapa · 01/02/2013 13:26

I've only got 4 chairs and one's for me. Grin

Not Captain America, no.

I don't know if SF is getting a bit old for dinner chez moi. And I see so much of him on QI.

Dump Evans instead.

If it was the other one, I'd say keep and don't invite Barlow. Grin

chicaguapa · 01/02/2013 13:28

I'm not going to shag any of them, we are going to have intellectual talks and high jinx. so why am I inviting Gary?

OP posts:
SolidSnake · 01/02/2013 13:29

But you never know where dinner might lead chica Grin

valiumredhead · 01/02/2013 13:30

Intellectual talks, high jinx and THEN a ig shag fest while Gary plays the piano!

valiumredhead · 01/02/2013 13:30

big

manicbmc · 01/02/2013 13:32

Hence the need to drop British Evans in favour of American Evans.

valiumredhead · 01/02/2013 13:34

Oh no, I love a sandy haired gentleman...

chicaguapa · 01/02/2013 13:34

6 guests makes it too easy, I think. Angry

Not so much the hair, but the gob. Grin

QuickLookBusy · 01/02/2013 13:35

Yabvvvvu

I understand you wanting Mr Barlow (don't we all?), but Mr EvansConfused

How can any conversation with Mr Evans be in any way comparable to a convo with Mr Fry? You're mad.

depends if you want interesting conversation or if you want to be so bored you eat your own arm while being regaled with hilarious tales of his friend Prince Charles and his work for charridy really !

PelvicFloorClenchReminder · 01/02/2013 13:39

Get a beanbag and make Chris Evans sit on the floor.

Gary Barlow. He's a shortarse, tax evading Cameron-supporter. Never going to make it to my dinner party (which should be 6 people of course)

Id definitely second the Ryan Gosling invitation - he's actually very clever as well as being utterly delicious.
