They'd probably be about 90 by now. Do you think Joe has about 600 great-grandchildren all at the Chalet School and she is still hanging around the place as if she never left?

I read "Chalet Girls Grow Up" once and it broke my heart - totally ruined all the nostalgia for me. I don't know if you've ever read it, but it's the story of the Triplets and Joey as they get older and it is so damn sad, it makes Eastenders look like Tweenies!
I prefer to make up my own stories so they can all live happily ever after (except Margot who gets squashed by a grand piano falling from the sixth floor window and landing on her, because I never could stand her. She was spoilt rotten and a bad tempered spiteful mean little cow who needed a bloody good hiding )
