Diagonally. Always diagonally.

LDaisy · 19/01/2013 19:49

Teach me LBE, I'll be the dough that you mould into a troll finder general.

HoneyDragon · 19/01/2013 19:51

Worra, I reckon your dog is eating cucumber. Doesn't he sleep under your bed?

Tweasels · 19/01/2013 19:51

I don't want to imagine what happens when you slice the poo troll.

LDaisy · 19/01/2013 19:55

LBE, I'll be putty in your glands hands

Well, TBH, you can chop them up into little bits or face them whole, but whatever you do they will still come back.
My expert advice is either ignoring, reporting [I get kudos from MNHQ for that (smug)], or a Hmm face.
Or you can argue as long as it's in an ironical manner.
Them's the rules.
Such fun.

I quite enjoy just poking them with a stick for a bit.

Tweasels · 19/01/2013 20:01

That would be "advice" pet lamb.

Suzietastic · 19/01/2013 20:01

I found 20p the other day

BarredfromhavingStella · 19/01/2013 20:01

Fuck off you slaaaaaag, LTB.

Worra I think that your dog has been partaking in a few cheeky Hendricks which would explain the cucumber aroma.

Convert · 19/01/2013 20:03

Was it down the back of the sofa Suzie?

yabbadabba · 19/01/2013 20:03

I have 70p stuck in my tumbledryer forever.

LDaisy · 19/01/2013 20:05

Advice is a noun. It means 'a suggestion for a beneficial course of action'. Advise is a verb. It means 'to give advice'.

OP posts:
TheTrollologist · 19/01/2013 20:10

Quite. And as it is used as a noun in the sentence below, it should be 'advice'.

Following advise from LBE I am now ignoring LBE

Tweasels · 19/01/2013 20:13

Well done LDaisy. You have taught yourself something. You knew that dictionary would come in handy one day didn't you.

There's something for your studies Trollologist and LadyBeagle, it turns out you CAN teach an old troll new tricks.

TheTrollologist · 19/01/2013 20:15

Or maybe we're teaching a young troll old tricks?

LDaisy · 19/01/2013 20:16
