...to teach me about hairdryers!

I have a £8 Babyliss one but I see ones around for £50+ and I want to know what is so special about them?

If you use a fairly expensive/good quality one, why do you use it? What made you buy it? Does it take less time to dry hair? Dry it in a style?

I literally have no idea! Blush

I have wondered the same thing!

I figure they blow hot air. Some of them can blow cool air, as well. I suppose they can be more powerful, but there must be a limit to how much blowing air is useful.

I got a £10 one from Superdrug for uni. A revelation. It actually dries your hair- I was using my mum's which just blew it about a bit and had "made in West Germany" stamped on the handle! And has all sorts of buttons on it. Well, about three.
