To not want to meet my possibly ill friend?

I usually meet my friend and her little girl on a Wednesday for a coffee and a catch up, I haven't seen her since December as I have been ill the last 3 weeks with a virus and labrynthitis and am still on tablets though feeling a lot better than I did.

We arranged to meet tomorrow but then she sent me a message earlier saying she was in bed with a sickness bug and can we meet a week on wed instead. I said no probs I have loads to catch up on hope she feels better soon.

So then she sent another message saying she thinks its something she ate and she is going to let me know in the morning if she feels up to it.

So Aibu not to want to meet her incase it's noro or something? I am paranoid about catching it anyway (I suffer from OCD and anxiety) and I really don't want to be ill again, I've already had 2 weeks off work with this virus.

Should I just get over myself or am I justified?

YANBU. There is nothing to "get over", but you might have to get over a bug if you meet her. How about suggesting she reschedule to give her time to recuperate? Especially because you have both been run down! You could probably both do with a rest. I'm sure she will take it on the chin, I really wouldn't be offended if someone wanted to take precautions against catching a bug.
