I know this is probably the wrong place to post, but please forgive me I am desperate :). I do have the diet books on order, but when I am waiting for them to arrive I am mentally preparing myself, but without answers to some questions I have, I might as well stop now :'(, so if you can help please post.

I would create some kind of link but I'm sorry I do not know how.

I looked at it. Far too extreme for me.

Good luck though

thanks purple.

What do you want to know?

I've found it easy to sick to, with good results...so far!

nokidshere · 14/01/2013 00:06

What is it?

newcommer · 14/01/2013 00:14

That's good to know alem :). Main things I want to know are- during phase 1 can you drink milk or is that forbidden? Also, are you allowed to eat tinned tuna or is it only fresh you can eat?

Nokidshere it's a diet where your cravings for sweet foods are meant to stop by not mixing fats and carbohydrates, but as long as you keep to the rules it doesn't limit the amount you eat.

I've tried reading about it and I still am none the wiser.

MammaTJ · 14/01/2013 04:18

Sounds a bit like the Atkins to me-hellish!

alem · 14/01/2013 07:50

I don't think you can have milk on phase 1. Just the proteins and veg.

I would have tined tuna, as long as you don't put anything else on it.....

This might help, did a quick google and it came up with a full 5 day plan

www.allaboutyou.com/health/diet/the-harcombe-diet-five-day-eating-plan

Looks interesting, might even have to give it a try myself

diddl · 14/01/2013 08:19

Looks interesting, but a bit put off by the talk of Candida Albicans!!

newcommer · 14/01/2013 10:24

No milk :(, leaves choice of drinks to water and herbal teas then. I hate water by itself, can anyone suggest any nice herbal teas to try?

glen- thank you for eating plan.

I have ordered a recipe book, but I really want to start phase 1 on Thursday and I am worried it wouldn't arrive by then.

I've just started too! Phase one you can have: meat, fish, seafood, veg, natural live yogurt and 50g of oats or rice cereal.

For example today I had: porridge with water; natural yog for snack; rocket, watercress, ham, toms, cucumber, olives; omelette with ham and toms

I'm doing the 30 blitz - are you?
