AIBU to be annoyed that Asda were clearly not going to call me

to tell me they had cancelled my order due today?

Checked the website just to remind myself of what I had ordered for the tenth time and it stated cancelled. Gr.

So phoned up and asked what the problem was. Authorisation failiure with the bank, funny, as the funds have been sat there all day waiting for them to take it.

All in all thanks a bunch Asda, not like I have a child to feed or anything. Can't get to the supermarket so its whatever I can find in the freezer tonight.

Asda are terrible, I never had an order arrive on time. They don't seem to realise that perhaps you ordered this food for this time/day because you might actually need to eat it.

I wouldn't have minded if they had just told me earlier I could have done something about it sooner. Tesco phones you first thing no matter what time your order is due, to see if you can use a different card.

Oh well Tesco has gained the custom that asda just lost.
