My boiler konked last week. We have homecare cover with scottish gas. On friday they sent out a lad who looked 16 if he was a day. Spent 2 hours farting about and then told me he "thought" it needed a part. This was after he had spent about 30 minutes on the phone obvioulsy asking someone more senior what to do.
Yesterday I ws given a 2 hour time slot-turned up again just as I was leaving to collect dc from nursery and said couldnt wait.
Back this morning-haf and hour later than scheduled. Again same wee boy. Been here for 2 hours and has now called another engineer out to help him. I have to leave in 20 minutes to collect my dc and am not happy to leave them in my house
AIBU to expect a better service or do I have to suck it up?...
