The decorations are down...

The extended family have gone home...

Lunch time drinking is over...

Chocolate for breakfast is no longer OK...

Most of us are back at work...

and I have gone back to my grumpy old self.

My new fitness regime starts this weekend, I am doing a big run this year and I want to actually manage it without passing out...like I did a few years ago
