I actually did just that last year! They sent me a voucher, but nothing could make up for that bitter disapointment Grin

FrothyDragon · 03/01/2013 14:22

YANBU!

Complain until they sell the company to you.

stormforce10 · 03/01/2013 14:40

YANBU

Write and demand a tin full of twirls. Tell them of your severe disappointment and constant nightmares that have resulted from your twirless Christmas. Pull their heart strings with photos of your sad and disappointed children who will dance but never twirl

Good luck

mynameis · 03/01/2013 15:02

YANBU Twirls are the best chocolate in the tin!

RobotLover68 · 03/01/2013 15:08

YABU as twirls are claggy

uggmum · 03/01/2013 15:10

I would complain. I complained to nestle as there were not enough black fruit pastilles in the packet.

They sent a lovely letter of apology and a voucher for free sweets.

TameGaloot · 03/01/2013 15:21

I complained because there was only one sprog in my allsorts
They sent me a voucher which I was too embarrassed to use
The next two packets had none in

ShatnersBassoon · 03/01/2013 15:25

Complain. I emailed them a couple of years ago just to tell them how crap Roses are these days. They didn't respond Grin.

MadameJosephine · 03/01/2013 15:27

I was furious that there were no galaxy truffles in my tin of celebrations and then I was told that they don't make them anymore! They have been replaced by twix! How dare they!

BabysPointlessPocket · 03/01/2013 15:28

I would be furious and complain. Twirls are the best chocolate in the world ever. That's why I've been breaking into houses and nicking them out of everyone's tins Grin

mynameis · 03/01/2013 15:57

Robotlover68 did you say claggy? ShockShock

AmandinePoulain · 03/01/2013 15:58

I miss the crunchies Sad

YuleBritannia · 03/01/2013 16:16

Well, we all know why, don't we? It's not Cadbury's anymore. It's an American company (Kraft) that took over Cadbury's and changed whatever they wanted to with no thought for the people who buy them.

I'd advocate a boycott of anything called 'Cadbury's'.

Jins · 03/01/2013 16:19

I've just chucked a box of Heroes as nobody likes them. It was probably full of twirls Grin

shrimponastick · 03/01/2013 16:22

Bad luck.

Ours had waaaay too many ofthose horrible Creme Egg chocolates.

Nasty.
willl buy Celebrations next year.

SantasENormaSnob · 03/01/2013 16:30

Yanbu

At least you weren't subjected to the horror of quality street Sad

Bobyan · 03/01/2013 16:33

I too had a lack of twirls in my tin of Hero's, but I couldn't be sure it was Mr Cadbury or Mr Bobyan...

RobotLover68 · 03/01/2013 17:45

Yeah I said claggy - they stick in my throat - yuk

Doingthedo · 03/01/2013 18:36

I complained about an empty packet of 'cheese string spaghetti' in a multipack, they sent me £6 worth of vouchers! (all tastes or rubber though)

EllenParsons · 03/01/2013 18:43

Definitely complain if they are likely to send you out a voucher. I agree twirl is the best!

TastesLikePanda · 03/01/2013 20:13

I'm tempted to write and complain that there were no Caramel Velvet chocolates in our tin of Roses..., they are the second best after the caramel barrels!
