Especially when compared to their fabulous Celebrations competitors.

OH and I received several boxes of chocolates (all Heroes) for Christmas and whilst I am never ungrateful for chocolate I was disappointed to find that they've gone right down hill.

Eclairs (boring)
Creme egg Twists (bleurgh!)
Fudge (bleurgh!)
Dairy Milk (Good)
Caramel Dairy Milk (Good)
Twirl (Same as Dairy Milk)

YY - never been a fan of Heroes of Celebrations tbh - but DP loves them, so I don't have to bother eating them

Heroes rock and Celebrations suck monkey balls.

All the 'big tin' selections are full of the most boring, cheap chocs. Definitely a case of quantity over quality.

Celebrations are the work of the devil (with the exception of Malteasers) and Heroes are the bestest.

Enjoy - that's what puts them on my favourites list.

Heroes, celebrations, roses and quality street are all shit.

They took the truffles out of Celebrations and they are now not worth buying.

The soya is newish. I'm pretty sure that's what makes them taste vile. Although I have never been a cadburys fan. Always tasted cheap to me

They are still better than Heroes though.

I was disappointed to discover they no longer contain mini Time Outs.

Agree Fudge boring and Eclairs horrible and aghast to discover DH likes these. I thought I knew him.

True - Celebrations have gone downhill since they took at the truffles. And yes, too many Mars Bars (nobody prefers the Mars Bars!) but still better than Heroes

Same as the OP, I only like 50% of the contents of Heroes now. I used to love it when they previously had; 'nuts about caramel', dairy Whole Nut, Crunchie, Flake (did they have Flakes?) and Bourneville.

I wasn't fussed when they got rid of the Dreams though (bleurgh!).

I hate Celebrations, not enough malteasers and too many mars bars, ugh.

Heroes rock, purely because of the mini Creme Egg Twists. However, Eclairs have no place there and should be removed.

The ideal solution really would be a Heroes/Celebration mix up with Malteasers replacing Eclairs.
