Aggh! Any suggestions for little things that cost between 10p and £5? I really really don't want to go overboard with the spending.

My ds1 is 7 though feel free to come up with suggestions for all ages and genders.

Do you have a Tiger shop near you? They have some quirky things that dd2 loves! www.tigerstores.co.uk/

John Lewis do a microscope/telescope pen for £3 which s a good stocking filler. Those snap things that they throw on the floor? Torch, compass, pack of top trumps.

idont not seen Tiger shops before but a quick internet search tells me that there's one in Stratford, East London, near me.

I made the mistake of buying stockings that are massive, and now I have to find all sorts of crap to fill them up.

My dc get a pack of socks and boxers each in them, a cheap football, and a small box of crappy cereal which I let them have over the next week.

Thanks. Jotting this all down...

Oooh, I'd never heard of Tiger shops either, but quick look at the website & I'll be shooting off there this week. I don't think you are appropriately named Idontknowhowtohelpher Xmas Wink Thanks!

I have bought DD a few crafty bits from the 99p shop and Wilkos. She will also get some slipper socks and a chocolate santa as well as a new toothbrush.
