The article does seem to concentrate on women but there are a couple of men there too. I think it's highlighting the fact (statistically) that more and more women are getting completely wasted nowadays compared to years gone by.

I'm not incensed by it at all. There have been plenty of idiot men photographed drunk over the years. Do we see all drunk men as violent criminals?

i worry about women getting so drunk they are sleeping on the pavement.

it's not about rape as anyone can get raped, many women get raped by there parnter at home in abusive relationships.

what worrys me is that in these cold wet and windy weather they could die or put there heath at risk because of lack of clothing and temputures dropping it can cause pneumonia
