To wonder how Yodel are still in business?

Yet more items allegedly delivered but I have no idea where to. At the time they say they delivered I was by the front door- getting DC's ready for school. I have a glass porch I can see if someone is out there and they would have seen us! But no vehicle came down the road around that time.

I am so flipping angry. So AIBU to wonder how they're still in business and to say they're cunts? Angry

They are totally rubbish. They lost my parcel and didn't give a shit. Told me I had to start a claim with the sender.... grrrrr hope you get your parcel soon

StuntGirl · 13/12/2012 23:10

They did the same to me. Luckily the place I bought it from refunded me. I normally avoid businesses that use Yodel but this one used them despite stating they used RM, added that to my complaint to them Grin

Yodel are shite.

Twice I've tried to return stuff to Amazon and twice they never turned up. Citylink (the replacement couriers) turned up both times.

My mate waited in all day for his package from Yodel. Nothing. Next day they alleged that they left the package on his doorstep......at 10pm.......on a busy road.......without knocking. Yeah.......that'll work.

They are truly awful.

MimsyBorogroves · 13/12/2012 23:23

I'm on my third day of waiting. It's apparently been delivered (a lie), then the driver said he couldn't find our house (funny, we've had a fair few other deliveries recently), and today...well, nobody quite knows why it's not been delivered today.

PumpkinPositive · 13/12/2012 23:26

They dumped my parcel at my party skank neighbours last week. I don't recall being asked to nominate a neighbour for safekeeping and if I had, it wouldn't have been them.

Luckily the parcel lived to tell the tale (this time).

Got a knock at the door the other afternoon, nice delivery lady hands in a large squishy bundle "parcel for you"... thanks I say... wasn't expecting any deliveries so I turned it over quickly to check the address... sure enough it wasn't for us at all, it was for the same house number but in a different road. Fortunately she hadn't got more than a few steps away, so I handed it back. At least that one didn't go astray as it might so easily have done. (Not sure if she was Yodel, to be fair. It was a jolly freezing day so I couldn't wait to nip back in and shut the door.)

Agreed. They are shit, what can be done though?
