Okay, not stressful on the level of a natural disaster (I have some perspective although it is fading fast, think I need a coffee) but even booking flights online with them has taken me an hour and a half and 2 calls to their customer services. And seriously $50 to prebook a seat? (and yes, I have to prebook it to be seated next to my family). Anyone care to share tales of dealing with airlines to make me feel better? (will go and have that coffee now!)
