To think that a fresh clean nappy is the best kind to poo in?

StickEmWithThePointyEnd · 10/12/2012 17:35

Because mummy thinks IABU but I don't agree. It's just so much nicer, so I make sure I do it every day if I can. And it's not my problem if she has to change my nappy twice in the space of 15 minutes is it?

Yours

I am with you on that one although I do it in 5 minutes. mini lloyds 12 weeks

Aspiemum2 · 10/12/2012 17:39

That's a favourite game here too, you get double points for doing it straight after a bath apparently!

crashdoll · 10/12/2012 17:40

As someone who has changed an awful lot of nappies, (childcare worker) I agree nappy wearing youngsters love to poo in a fresh nappy. Something about a new nappy makes the bowel feel happy! Xmas Wink

TiredofZombies · 10/12/2012 17:40

Are you my daughter? No, you can't be, the age is wrong.

Every day. I'm sure she waits for a fresh one. Today she had two nappies in the space of two minutes. Sometimes she even does it in installments, so she can have ANOTHER fresh nappy on.

YANBU

It's nice to have a clean slate, as it were.

Mummy even tries to trick me by changing me at different times of the day, but I'm on to her. Wink

I like to be nice and clean, just dozing off to sleep while feeding and then poo. Sometimes mummy has to take ALL my clothes of to change me because the nappy leaked.

I think that's funny, I do!

YANBU.

I am amateur compared to your pro. But I feel a clean nappy is the best for poo, especially if mummy has just done up the last popper on my sleep suit.

mrskeithrichards · 10/12/2012 17:52

Ah you are all being unreasonable. The best time is to wait until mummy pops you on a blanket for some nappy free time. Roll of said blanket when she thinks she is entitled to go through to pop the kettle on and poo on the rug.

I like to wiggle my bum so all the poo goes right up my back. Every single time. Then I cry because she takes my clothes off and that makes me cold. But the satisfaction of pooing in a clean nappy is sooo worth it!

My mum says a happy bottom is a dry bottom and I concurr.

A giggly one is a pooey one tho as u should see the faces mum pulls then! Ha ha!

Lacicc-lett 2 exactly ;)

ZhenThereWereTwo · 10/12/2012 17:56

Its even better if you wait until they have your nappy off then crawl off and hide in your tent and deposit one on the floor then stand in it and trample it everywhere, smear it on the tent and your teddies.

Tips from a now fully toilet trained dd1 3.5 (she was 20 months at the time).

MrsSlocombesPussy · 10/12/2012 17:58

And when you're potty trained, you can hold your poo all day long, just waiting for when your mum puts your nappy on for the night.

You can do this until you're 4, just to mess with her head.

The best way is to a small poo in the nappy. Then when mummy has taken the nappy off and is cleaning my bottom, fire out loads more. You get extra points if it goes all over her hand.

Little SickEm, I'm only 5 months old, but just the other day I managed to do a little poop on the new nappy which had just been positioned under me! Slow old mummy hadn't even sealed it up with the sticky things. So I got to defile a fresh clean nappy and have a open-air poop! Bliss! Result: two nappies in two minutes!

camdancer · 10/12/2012 18:09

YABU. You are all wrong. The best place to poo is in the bath especially when there are lots of bubbles to hide it until you can present it to mum.

I find that 4.30am, after a big, long feed just when I'm starting to feel a bit sleepy is the best time.

"YABtotallyU, everyone knows the best place to poo is wherever you happen to be lying in the brief moment while mummy reaches to grab the new nappy, the more liquid the poo the better. Changing mat will do, but if you can wriggle off that and onto the freshly hoovered carpet so much better! Extra points for mummy and daddy's bed! My proudest moment was weeing on both mummy and daddy at once, then while they dived for cover I pooed on the changing mat, then wiggled my way across the living room floor on my back leaving a trail of poo behind me, mummy and daddy weren't impressed with my giggles afterwards"

piprabbit · 10/12/2012 18:12

Cambaby I came on here to post exactly the same thought!
Seeing my big sister move so fast to get out of the bath we share makes me howl with laughter.

2lazyboys · 10/12/2012 18:14

I like to do it when mums just about to run out the front door in a mad rush to get somewhere!

MurderOfGoths · 10/12/2012 18:15

Oh and of course pooing while being fed is deeply satisfying, especially if you strain really hard, grunt and go bright red. Mummy and daddy will really appreciate the mixed aromas of baby food and poo.

No,no,no. Poo should always be done in a clean nappy just as I'm strapped into the car, when we are late. Maximum impact especially in cold weather as I'll have 50layers to undo and do up again.
