How about you pick up the phone and talk to a real person? A trusted friend? Someone who knows you rather than a bunch of strangers because let's face it, out of the thousands on here tonight someone will be a twat, guaranteed. So if you are in a bit of a state and need real support, you might be best turning to a friend?

I think there should be more unjudgemental ears in this world. But I did think the point of AIBU is for people to judge whether you are being unreasonable or not, so I fear you may not be in the right place. Is everything ok?

I'm on my own tonight. Dh off at a works do, dd in Germany with a school trip and ds in bed.

Tomorrow dh is taking ds to Gloucester for his dad's 80th. I can't come as I have to collect dd from her school trip at 8.30pm. So I'll be on my own all day tomorrow too.

I think you have to turn it around. When you are with someone you look at those days being on your own with nostalgia; being able to eat what you want, watch what you want, etc.
